Streaming Rights:
I have a right to stream all of my commissions on Twitch! If you wish NOT to have your commission streamed, you must let me know during the commission request. I will never stream any artwork that the client does not wish to have seen. If the client fails to request the work not to be shared on stream, there is a risk it will be shown on stream, if I am not informed not to.
Accepted Payment:
All payment will be requested to go through the Vgen site itself, and can be fulfilled through Vgen Payments or PayPal.Payment is expected to be recieved in full by the finished sketch. Failure to complete payment may result in your commission being canceled, unless discussed prior. Payment plans may be accepted.

Terms of Service
General TOS:
- As the artist, I have full rights to all of my artworks, including the right to share the process through streaming or sharing the finished works for the expansion of my portfulio, unless otherwise discussed.
- I have the right to share the finished work to my portfolio for example purposes.
- I have the right to decline any commission request if I feel I cannot fulfill the request to the best of quality.
- If I feel the references are unclear, I have a right to decline the commission request.
- I have the right to stream the progress of the commission on Twitch unless asked prior.
- I have the right to share a watermarked version of the commission on social media for my portfolio.
- All "Skeb Style" services will not showcase any progress updates until the final work is completed.
- All services that is not labeled with "Skeb/Surprise Me" somewhere in the description or the name will have progress communication.
- By commissioning me, you agree to all of my TOS, regardless if you had read it or not.
Payment:
- I will accept 100% of the payment upfront after the agreed service, unless a payment plan is discussed. Payment must be completed by the finished sketch.
- I will only continue the commission once payment is completed
- Once the commission is paid, I do not accept refunds or chargebacks without communication prior.
Revisions:
- I will provide 3 free revisions. After the sketch is finalized, I will no longer be doing revisions.
- I may ask directly during any coloring/rendering process to ensure I'm as accurate to the request as I can.
- If I feel I need to ask, then a revision may be offered then. This will only happen if I directly approach, if the 3 revisions have been used prior.
Deadlines & Delivery:
- It can take me up to 2 months to finish a commission depending on the spot on the waiting list & complexity of the commission, upon starting the commission!
- The time it takes to finish a commission will be based on your spot on the waiting list. Once I begin, I will reach out to let you know I have started the commission process.
- Client MUST inform me of any deadlines before the process begins or during the request itself.
- Once completed, I will link the finished commission on both Vgen, as well as provide a Google Drive link to ensure quality.
- All Emote commissions will receive full quality emotes, as well as sized down ready for Discord use versions.
Use:
- I do not allow users of my art to trace, recolor, edit, modify, or run my art through AI. Please do not upload my art to anything AI related.
- Clients are allowed to use the commission for promotional purposes. Please discuss with me if you plan to use them for Merchandise.
- Clients are welcome to share and promote their content with the commission, however, cannot use the commission for any form of merchandise or profit sales without the purchase of Commercial use rights.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- Please do not claim my work as your own
- Credit of artwork must be given to me (@/ DweamLee on most socials.)
- Commercial rights are an extra $20 fee
Refunds:
- A refund can be requested & issued before I begin the commission.
- I will not accept any refunds due to the reasoning of being unsatisfied with the finished piece (As I give chances for any revisions/changed to be made.)
- No refunds will be issued once the sketch is finalized and given the go-ahead to continue the commission.
